Heavenly Father I thank You for being a part of the body of believers. I praise You that all churches who follow You can be united in prayer, believing in Your word, and united in salvation and faith. I praise You for the weapon of prayer to defend the community of believers so that they can serve You. I praise You that we can join in prayer for sickness, danger, grief, joyful events, and disasters. I praise You that many churches have picked up the mantle to pray for other churches in their communities so that we all grow closer to You.

Help these various churches and ministries continue to have impact on communities all over the world and be a blessing as they continue to build Your kingdom. Help me and the people who choose to pray with me to always keep all these ministries as a central focus of our prayers.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. Not only that, but we also who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.
