Heavenly Father, I praise You today for just being able to see the sunrise, breathe, and be healthy enough to go to work. I praise You for my salvation and for my hope in You. I praise You for being a personable God.
Holy Spirit, I come into the throne room today and lay these petitions at the feet of Jesus, who is on the throne. I ask for healing for my friend and family member Brian; I ask for healing for a friend, Kayla. I ask that Your Spirit would continue to work on the unsaved people of my family who know of You but seem to want to avoid You. I come to You and just ask that You would help me rekindle my joy and passion in serving You and that I won’t let the failures of other Christians stop my service and fulfilling my purpose that You created me specifically for.
Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain! [1Chronicles 4:9&10] Let the words I speak bring life, not death, salvation, not ruin. Help my actions be righteous and that as I humbly live I serve You with all my heart, mind, and soul. With my name written Your book of Life so that I may one day come home and live in heaven with You. Amen.
