Do We See the Wonder

Heavenly Father I praise You for being the creator of all things that is our world, and all things in the Spirit world, except for evil. I praise You for placing our planet at just the exact tilt and distance from the sun to sustain life as we know it.

Holy Spirit as we near Christmas help us to be like children and appreciate the wonder of life. Help us to recognize the precision of seasons, tides, gravity, and the setting of the stars. Help us to see just how fragile life is, Your word says it is like a vapor quickly gone. Help us to realize how unique our bodies that You created really are. Let us take in the grandeur of the Mountains, Hills, desserts, oceans, lakes, rivers, swamps, and forests. Help us to see the unique differences of colors, shapes, sizes, and the ability of our eyes to record for our minds to see and remember.

Holy Spirit help us to see the steps it took to bring Christ into the world, and then after 33 years watch Him make the ultimate sacrifice. Help us to have faith in Your word that all the Spiritual battles, healings, and miracles not only happened then but happen now. Help us to see the wonder of the Resurrection and then the arrival of the Holy Spirit to join with our Spirit and commune with us daily.

Help us to appreciate every morning when we wake up, breathe, see, eat and move. Help us to realize that not everyone has that, some have lost their sight, hearing, and ability to walk, or move about. Help us to appreciate every moment we have to laugh, love, and experience joy and life.

Holy Spirit considering all this, I pray for healing and miracles for Dawn and her MS, Louise and her constant cancer battles, Jim who is still fighting cancer, Kayla who is fighting multiple health issues and others who I can not name right now who are battling life-threatening diseases or depression. I pray and petition for Your power and mercy to reign through and either help them face each day with Your strength or be fully and completely healed.

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. (Galatians 1:3-5)
