Heavenly Father, I praise You for being a God who is all-powerful [El Elohim Jehovah] and knows all [Adonai]. I praise You for being my strong tower, I can run to and seek help and protection. Help me today to take command of my day and shake all evil from it.
Holy Spirit, as a person who prays for many people, I have often had attacks by Satan or by circumstances trying to get me to forget to pray. I have friends who need prayer for their marriage, and I will not forget to pray for them. Put a hedge of thorns around one so they can see how Satan is trying to destroy their life. I pray mercy and wisdom for the other friend who is learning how far forgiveness and love must go to be Christ-like. Help both to see the wisdom that Christ said when He spoke: Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done. He said to him,
“Love the Lord Your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. [Matthew 19:26; Matthew 21:21; Matthew 22:37(CSB)]
Let Your Holy Spirit work wonders in this situation, and let You love and forgiveness along with wisdom and discernment be what unites them once again. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
