Traveling and Living

Heavenly Father I praise You for the gift of time that we must move in. I know that eternity is Your sphere even though You come and go in our time and keep close tabs on us even the hairs on our heads. I know that You pay attention and have a plan for all of Your creation, creating everything with purpose and love. I praise You that I am not left without hope, without love, and without Your daily presence. I praise You for the constant relationship You desire and continue to have with me. I praise You for Your forgiveness, mercy, grace, and patience.

Holy Spirit help me to live each day, greatly aware of what is happening each moment, while being aware that life goes forward and will someday have an end. Let me live fully and centered in the will of God so that I may gain His blessings, feel His love, and be exhausted in fulfilling my purpose so that I feel alive no matter my age or physical condition.

The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless, according to His promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation…but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. 2 Peter 3:10-15&18
