Heavenly Father, I praise You for giving me abilities and ministry. I praise You for the talents You have allowed me to enjoy and use to praise and worship You. I praise You for the desire and purpose You have placed in my heart to teach, to teach praying, and to pray as an intercessor and as a warrior. Help me today to be faithful to honor You always in all that I do and pray.
Holy Spirit, You have allowed me to have published three books on prayer and to have prayers posted on a Website. Now I am close to having three more books published on prayer. I earnestly seek You to bless these books so that people can learn and pray in unity, and that the profits can be used for the designated charities that I have set up to receive all the profits from the books. I know that even though it is not a large amount of money, You can use every penny to further Your kingdom. Help these books get into the hands of people who need or desire to learn so that they can benefit Your kingdom. Let this small enterprise have a legacy impact on people to draw them closer to You. Let their pages resound in hearts all across our country and help people pray with humble hearts and rejoice in claiming Your words.
Since I am receiving a kingdom that cannot be moved, let me be gracious, by which I may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For God, You are my consuming fire. I will perpetuate brotherly love to continue. I will not forget to entertain strangers, knowing that at times that has meant entertaining Angels unknowingly. I will remember those who have been imprisoned around the world for their faith and join with them in prayer and solidarity. I will stand with and remember those who have been abused, berated, or beaten because of being a child of God and will identify with them no matter the cost. I will honor my marriage and keep my bed undefiled. I will let God judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. I will use money but never love it or desire it so that it never interferes with my devotion to God. I will learn to be content with what I have, for I know Your word says, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So
that I can always boldly proclaim, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear, what can man do to me?” I will remember those who rule over me, who have proclaimed to me the word of God. I will follow their faith, considering the results it has produced in their lives. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. [Hebrews 13:28-8, MEV and my paraphrase]
Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain! So God granted him what he requested. Let it be so with me also, in Jesus’ name, Amen. [1Chronicles 4:9&10]
