Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, power, glory, victory, and majesty, for everything in the heavens and the earth is Yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head above all. [1 Chronicles 29:11, MEV] I give You nothing but honor and glory from my heart. Help me today to take command of my morning so I can shake all the evil and sin from it.
Holy Spirit I seek wisdom today so that I can be the leader I was hired to be and discipline where I need to, but also show grace and mercy. Help me to find balance when I am required to hold people accountable, that I do it in a way that keeps them accountable but also keeps them from losing heart or feeling attacked. Let me be the leader You want even more so than being the leader I was hired to be. Let me be a leader who builds, but one who keeps order and does not allow chaos or things that will defeat the purpose of my school. Help me to keep my teachers compliant, organized, and successful. Help me to protect them when they need protecting and to discipline them correctly when
that is also needed. I praise You and thank You as I receive wisdom and discernment in this area.
Help me to come boldly to the throne of grace, that I may obtain mercy and find grace to help in this time of need. I need to be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. I will do my best to present myself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly. Everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and be deceived. But as for me, I will continue in what I have learned and have become convinced of because I know those from whom I have learned it, and how I from infancy have known the holy Scriptures, which can make me wise for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. In all I do help me to always glorify the name of Jesus, Amen. [Hebrews 4:16; 2 Timothy 2:1; 2 Timothy 2:15&16; 2 Timothy 3:12-15]
