Heavenly Father, I praise You for proving to the world Your word is true. For the finding of an intact Scroll of Isaiah to prove its authenticity. I praise You for using normal men to give prophecy and insight to. I praise You for creating me and giving me a purpose to fulfill. I praise You for the desire that lays deep within me to see Jesus come again so we can see Him restore lasting peace and sit on the throne of David. Help me today to take control of my day so that I can shake the evil from it. Renew my mind today so that I stay focused on You and Your will.
Holy Spirit, Isaiah prophesied: For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon His shoulder. And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace, there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom to order it and to establish it with justice and with righteousness, from now until forever. The zeal of the Lord of Hosts will perform this. The Psalmist wrote: The Lord is
near to the broken-hearted, and saves the contrite spirit. And Paul wrote: May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had. [Isaiah 9:6-7; Psalms 34:18, MEV; Romans 15:5 NIV]
Holy Spirit, help me to continue to be watchful for Christ’s return to establish His throne forever while I live my life fully in the here and now. Help me to emulate Christ and try to bring peace where Your Spirit allows me to bring peace. Help me to give hope and to believe, trust, and grow in faith because of my hope, so that others may see and then seek You. Let me draw peace, grace, joy, and love from the Prince of Peace daily, and to stand in a world of chaos and be calm, facing the storm of life, and not be afraid or moved. Let me be like the tree planted by the water, strong, deep-rooted, and bearing good fruit. [Psalm 1:1]
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Amen. [Romans 15:13]
