Heavenly Father, I come before Your throne and give You glory and praise. I praise You for my place in Your creation even though I struggle to understand. I praise You for salvation even though I am not worthy of it, nor do I fully understand the magnitude of it. I praise You for the Holy Spirit that can speak for me.
The Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. [Romans 8:26&27] Holy Spirit, I am at a crossroads in life, and I do not even know how to pray. I will leave this to Your Holy Spirit to be my intercessor and prompt me to what I need to do, or how to walk the path correctly that is before me. I am truly broken and no longer have the strength to fight and push forward as I did when I was younger. I need clear direction and resolve.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to You, O Lord, my Rock and my salvation. [Psalm 19:14] Help me to seek with all my heart and find the truest portions of Your Spiritual fruit, for I have sought peace, joy, and understanding, and they allude me. I come before You and just want to take a breath and do what is right for my salvation. Amen.
