Thank You

Heavenly Father, I praise You for allowing me to lead people in prayer since 2012. I praise You that in the darkest times of my life You gave me a purpose to write prayers from each book of Your word. I praise You for having the opportunity to pray over pastors, churches, ministry teams, mission trips, Superintendents of conferences, bishops, organizations, and people of every color, race and origin. I praise You that I have prayed over Catholics, Lutherans, Baptist, Reform, Methodist, Free Methodist, Wesleyan, Church of God, Church of Christ, Assemblies, Pentecostals, and non-Denominational. I praise You that prayer is not confined by barriers or select groups. I praise You for allowing me to pray for healing, for redemption and for power to show Your glory.

Holy Spirit I can not express so I ask you to bless all those who have prayed beside me for the past ten years. I pray: The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. [Numbers 6:24-26]

Holy Spirit I continue to pray for the complete healing of Kayla and Jim who have suffered for many years. I pray You continue to give them strength as they continually testify of Your love. I pray for those who are facing grief that Your Spirit will comfort them.

Holy Spirit I pray a hedge of protection around my family keeping them safe from harm and sin. Guide them in their steps and help them to know You as their personal savior and to run their race with all that they have. I pray for redemption and blessings over all of my grandchildren, nephews and nieces. I pray blessing on all my cousins, Aunts and Uncles. Finally, I give praise and pray for blessing to my personal friends and many of my co-workers who make this walk of life a little more bearable.

And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God. I always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when I pray for you, because I have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have of all the saints—the faith and love that springs from the hope that is stored up for you in heaven and that you have already heard about in the word of truth, the gospel that has come to you. All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and understand God’s grace in all its truth….For this reason, since the day I heard about you, I have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. And I pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have greater endurance and patience, and joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. In Jesus’ name, Amen. [Philippians 1:9-11; Colossians 1:3-14]
