Holy Spirit I come before You and seek wisdom. I seek understanding. I desire to be more discerning. I realize that I am nothing without You. I fail daily to live up to the person I should be, yet You love, walk, and talk to me. I come to You, seeking to improve, to live, and to be able to help and love others. I pray that Your love will flow through me for I have not the nature for love on my own. I pray that I will not cause people pain.
Holy Spirit help me to be like salt on this earth. Help me to never lose my saltiness so that I am useless. Help me to be a light to the world.
