Heavenly Father, I give You glory and honor today. I praise You for being a God who does the impossible. I praise You for being a God who sent His son, who would heal the broken, the sick, the blind, and calm the storm. You sent a Son into the world to die for our sins, be resurrected three days later with the keys of hell to offer us a direct line through the Holy Spirit to You, and for us to become living temples.
Holy Spirit, I am to be an imitator of Christ. Christ believed, prayed, and people were healed. James says to bring people before the elders and pray for their healing. I bring Kayla before all the faithful who pray with me. I continue to pray for her miraculous healing. I pray You strengthen her testimony and use her to be a light to this dark world. Heal her body, fill her with wonder, and speak Your Spirit through her to all the lost, lonely, broken, and hurting. Let her be Your voice, Your hands, and walk shod with the shoes of peace. Let her be a warrior before You and to conquer mountains that only You can move.
May You strengthen our hearts so that we will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all His holy ones. [1 Thessalonians 3:13] Let the words of my mouth, the meditation of my heart, the focus of my thoughts, the desires of my heart be acceptable to You, O Lord, My God and Redeemer. Amen. [Paraphrased from Psalms 19:14]
